Modern Luxe Remodel

Built in 2005, this 2,000-s.f. patio home on Highland Meadows Golf Course was ripe for a luxurious makeover. The modern, yet elegant, whole-house update includes alder and walnut cabinetry, quartz countertops, metallic tile by Ann Sacks, and additional designer lighting and finish selections in a warm monochromatic palette. Original light oak floors were refinished and stained a rich coffee brown, and our team’s exceptional custom metalwork garnered a national award. The four-bedroom, three-bath contemporary redesign also includes a remote-access home automation system that controls blinds, sliding metal panels to conceal and reveal the television, and a menu of pre-set lighting themes to complement any mood or activity.
