Scott and Juliette have a passion for lake living and golfing, and they wanted to create the ultimate gathering place for their friends, adult children and future grandchildren. Their 4-bedroom, 6-bath custom home in the Heron Lakes Community at TPC Colorado is designed in the mountain modern style and built on two levels – a 3,655-s.f main floor for everyday living, and a 2,988-s.f. walk-out lower level that doesn’t feel like a basement. On the main floor, Scott and Juliette enjoy a piano room, combination laundry and mudroom, spacious master suite, and a vaulted open-concept great room, dining room and kitchen with island seating. The lower level includes a welcoming wet bar and rec room, a workout space and cabana bathroom with outside access, and a bunkroom that sleeps up to five people. By creating a private, self-contained living space on the lower level, Scott and Juliette can also host pro golfers, their families and their caddies when they play on the PGA Tour at TPC Colorado. Guests also have easy access to many outdoor living spaces, such as the front entry courtyard, upper deck off the great room, hot tub and fire pit on the walk-out patio, and a private dock on the lake.
