Scandinavian Inspired Kitchen and Bath Remodel
Inspired by Scandinavian design, this kitchen and bath remodel showcases luminous interiors that seamlessly merge living spaces, fostering a bright and welcoming ambiance. Reflecting our clients’ vision for a more cohesive, open-concept layout, we integrated the kitchen, dining, and living areas by removing partition walls, installing natural stone flooring, and maximizing storage with new custom cabinetry.
Farmhouse Kitchen and Bath Remodel
This charming remodel involved major layout changes for the kitchen and master bathroom, along with new interior finishes that embrace a contemporary farmhouse style. To open sightlines and invite more natural light, we relocated the kitchen to the northwest corner of the home and removed walls between the living, dining, and family rooms.
Colorado Inspired Custom
Mike and Margot moved from Chicago to Berthoud, and purchased their empty lot for its expansive views of the mountains. They have a deep love of the West, and asked our team to design and build a 2-bedroom, 3-bath forever home full of Colorado character. Finishes and features that reflect the couple’s Colorado-inspired style include timber trusses, a neutral color palette, river rock accents, rustic interior beams, and a vaulted great room with a substantial fireplace.
1960s Ranch Remodel
Jeff and Ally purchased their 2-bedroom, 2-bath fixer-upper for its acreage, prized neighborhood and views of Longs Peak. After living in the home for two years, the couple knew they wanted to enhance its curb appeal, finish the basement, open up the interior layout, and maximize those mountain views.

This inviting pool house has 720 square feet of interior space, 320 square feet of covered patio, and 230 square feet of storage. Its contemporary style includes a modern shed roof with vaulted ceilings and sturdy timbered beams throughout.
