ABOUT THE ANNUAL PARADE
Hosted by the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado (NOCO HBA), the Northern Colorado Parade of Homes is a perfect opportunity to discover the variety of homes, neighborhoods and builders our region has to offer.
Every year, the Parade is a self-guided tour you can enjoy at your own pace. There is no cost to attend and it’s a no-risk way to get inside of homes to inspect builder quality, research neighborhoods and view construction trends across Northern Colorado. It’s a great opportunity to meet professional remodelers, designers and builders face to face, too.
Out of 27 builders and 35 entries, HighCraft Builders took home four out of ten awards and was a finalist in all but one category.
