HighCraft Builders won the Golden Key Award for our custom home entry “The Bunkhouse” in the 2021 NoCo HBA Parade of Homes. To determine who would win the prestigious Golden Key Award in each category, a panel of judges toured 18 homes from 11 builders, and ranked each project based on design, curb appeal, kitchen, master bathroom and overall workmanship. HighCraft received top marks to achieve the Golden Key Award in the $601K-$800K category.
HighCraft architectural designer Mike Hutsell, and his wife Dawn, accepted the award on behalf of the entire HighCraft Builders team at the 2021 NoCo HBA Parade of Homes Golden Key Awards ceremony, which was held on October 28th at the Tournament Player’s Club in Berthoud.
Hosted by the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado (NoCo HBA), the annual NoCo HBA Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour that is open and free to the public. The parade is a no-risk way for people to inspect builder quality, research neighborhoods and view construction trends across Northern Colorado.
