The Parade of Homes is happening the first three weeks of September. So, what’s the Parade all about, and why should you go?
The 2014 Northern Colorado Parade of Homes (September 6 – 21) is a perfect opportunity to discover the variety of homes and builders our region has to offer. There’s no cost for the Parade, and it’s a self-guided tour you can enjoy at your own pace.
Whether you’re just beginning your home search, getting ready to select a builder, or looking for design ideas, there’s something for everyone at this year’s Parade.
The Parade of Homes is also a no-risk, organized way for you to research neighborhoods and construction trends across Northern Colorado. It’s a great opportunity to meet professional remodelers, designers and builders face to face, too.
So whether you’re thinking about a remodel or new construction, the mapped Parade route will help you gather information efficiently as you explore your options. And bottom line, it’s fun!
HighCraft is the exclusive remodeler on this year’s tour, and we’re showcasing three very different projects this year:
(1) Old Town Bungalow Remodel (Fort Collins)
(2) Urban Farmhouse Remodel (Fort Collins)
(3) Lakeside Craftsman Remodel (Loveland)
We didn’t want to impose on our generous homeowners too much, so our remodels are ONLY open the first weekend of the Parade: September 6 and 7
