Studio Guest House

This detached residential studio apartment was completely remodeled by HighCraft, and is used as a private guest house in South Fort Collins. To create unique living zones in the open floorplan, HighCraft architects designed a custom room divider to visually separate the sleeping and lounging spaces. The wooden screen was built into a custom cabinet base that serves as both media console and bedroom dresser. Installed on a swivel, the television can be viewed from the living room, kitchen or bedroom. Small-scale appliances preserve space in the kitchen, and bar stools provide seating at the generous counter.
