Rustic Western Farmhouse
This farmhouse east of Loveland was built in 1917 on an unstable foundation of stacked stone. The original house had one bedroom, no insulation, no heat source, and was in complete disrepair. Our team shored up the foundation, removed all but two walls, and rebuilt the entire home to be warm, comfortable, and structurally sound. Today, the windows, doors and outdoor living spaces of this 4-bedroom, 2-bath home take advantage of rolling rural landscape and mountain views. Special features include barnwood accent walls, granite countertops, alder cabinetry, oak flooring, board and batten siding, a wrap-around concrete porch and patio, and shed dormers to maximize bedroom space on the second floor.
