2. Guest Bedroom with Tasting Room Access
This Old Town Fort Collins basement remodel includes a rec room with wet bar and pool table, and this spacious guest bedroom.
Beyond the custom arched door is the entrance to the hidden speakeasy – a whiskey cellar and tasting room inspired by the underground bars of the Prohibition era.

3. Private Guest House
In addition to building the main house and custom barn, our team designed and built this 800-s.f. guest cabin on a ranch in Livermore.
The private guest house includes an open kitchen, dining room and living room, three-quarter bathroom, and two comfortable guest bedrooms.

This custom home west of Loveland includes a 489-s.f. multi-purpose room that serves as an office, a media room to watch movies, and as an optional guest bedroom.
The space includes a closet, full bathroom, and hidden murphy bed, making it easy to convert the upstairs into a private guest room suite.

5. Basement Guest Retreat
This remodeled spare bedroom in southeast Fort Collins offers more than just a place to sleep for overnight guests.
The finished basement provides guests with instant access to the adjacent sauna and steam room, lounge area, game room and rock-climbing wall!

6. Guest Room and Office Combo
This spacious office pulls double duty as a comfortable guest room with twin murphy beds.

7. Bunkroom at the Lake House
Our team is currently building a custom bunkroom in a lakefront home in Berthoud. When completed, the bunkroom will sleep five in the lower level of the home (see rendering above).
The homeowners want the entire lower level of their home to be a fun, self-contained living space for guests, complete with its own kitchen, game room, family room, workout room, bedrooms, bathrooms and more.
