The 2015 Northern Colorado Parade of Homes is happening the second and third weekends in September.
Hosted by the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado (NOCO HBA), the Parade is a perfect opportunity to discover the variety of homes, neighborhoods and builders our region has to offer. The Parade is a self-guided tour you can enjoy at your own pace and there is no cost to attend.
Whether you’re just beginning your home search, getting ready to select a builder, or looking for design ideas, there’s something for everyone at this year’s event. The Parade is a no-risk way to get inside of homes to inspect builder quality, research neighborhoods and view construction trends across Northern Colorado. It’s a great opportunity to meet professional remodelers, designers and builders face to face, too.
So whether you’re thinking about a remodel or new construction, the mapped Parade route will help you gather information efficiently as you explore your options.
Once again, HighCraft is the exclusive remodeler on this year’s tour. We didn’t want to impose on our generous homeowners too much, so our remodels are ONLY open the third weekend of the Parade: September 18, 19 and 20.
